Small Faces - with Rod Stewart
The first Faces album featuring Rod Stewart. An outstanding example of Stewart's work early in his music career.
First U.S. pressing of this album published the title as "Small Faces" instead of "Faces" (which was used later with title "First Step"), leading to some confusion.
This album is one of the rare "mistakes" called Small Faces. Highly Collectible.
Pressing and label variation from later pressings: gatefold jacket has 'small faces' printed at top center of front cover. Green Warner Bros. labels with 'WB' shield, artist listed as 'Small Faces' on labels.
Pressed by Columbia Records Pressing Plant, Terre Haute per 'T 1' etching in runouts.
